Heather and Sam and Venue at 319 are a dynamic duo that is truly amazing. Venue 319 comfortably hosted our reception for our wedding with 180 guests including children. The venue itself is gorgeous- the balance between patina iron and wood ceilings gives a modern but cozy vibe that photographed beautifully. The touch of history, being an old manufacturing plant, had our guests experiencing a piece of historic Loveland. Heather and Sam were fantastic to work with as hosts. They allowed us to tour the venue and come visualize the space several times prior to our reception date. Heather was very punctual in replying to emails and other forms of communication. She was also able to help us envision the space and provide examples of set ups that made us feel confident for our special day. Sam was at our reception all evening to help ensure that the set up and tear down process went smoothly. He was amazing and helped us coordinate table set up and assisted in directing our vendors where to set up as well. In addition to Sam, I had a day of coordinator to help us in coordinating our vendors, which I would recommend to other couples utilizing this space for a larger event. Our guests had raving reviews and appreciated that the Foundry Parking Garage was very close and easy to access. The guests appreciated the location and how central it was to hotels and other renting spaces.

Nice venue! Plenty of room inside for cocktails in the lobby area and large dining room and dance floor.  I liked the decor and ambiance.  No parking though because the main street 4th Street was under construction and they were having a street festival down in that area as well. A Jewel of Northern Colorado.  Sam and Heather made everything so smooth for our event! The Venue at 319 is such a beautiful space.  We loved the gorgeous light fixtures, exposed wood/brick/metal, and the very thoughtful layout.  The design maintains all the charm of the historic building while providing every modern convenience.  The space flows so nicely.  We loved the designated entry space fitted with a coat closet, full kitchen, piano, and large venue space through double doors. I used this space for our yoga studio's birthday celebration and it was a huge hit!! The ballroom was a perfect studio space, and the front area worked beautifully for the charcuterie, vendors and mingling space. Sam and Heather were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend this space!
