At the heart of Venue at 319 is a husband-and-wife team, Heather and Sam, whose shared dream brought this space to life. Heather, raised on a small farm in Fort Collins, has long envisioned creating a venue of her own. A dreamer at heart, she brings years of customer service experience and a natural gift for hospitality—helping clients bring their event dreams to life with care and creativity. She’s the one behind the scenes managing logistics, yet always ready to jump in and make the magic happen.
Sam, a Loveland local, has been hands-on with the building since 2019—welding beams, crafting finishes, and pouring his heart into every detail. With a strong background in customer service and a deep connection to the space itself, he ensures every event runs smoothly from the ground up. Together, their complementary strengths and shared passion create a welcoming, family-driven experience for every guest.
